Cycle to Support Diabetes Care and Research

Wednesday, May 3, 2023
jersey

On Saturday, June 10, 2023, the Caswell Diabetes Institute will be participating in the American Diabetes Association (ADA) Tour de Cure: Michigan. Tour de Cure is the ADA’s premier cycling event for all ages and abilities. Route options include 64 miles, 41 miles, 19 miles, and 6 miles. Whatever route you choose, you will enjoy a fun day cycling and supporting an important cause. All the routes will be fully supported with bike mechanics, volunteer route marshals, rest stops with food and water, cheering volunteers and more. If you are not a cyclist, you can choose to participate virtually in the event making it accessible to anyone who is passionate about ADA’s mission: to prevent and cure diabetes and improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes. If you are interested in joining the UM Caswell Diabetes Institute team, please visit the team page at http://main.diabetes.org/goto/cdi. You can also earn fundraising recognition gifts. Each participant on the UM Caswell Diabetes Institute team who raises $200 will receive a bike jersey.
